Job Description:
Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years/10 years in product management team
 
• Managing Brands of Oncology/Critical care portfolio. Promotional planning, KOL Engagement, Event Management
• Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product, this involves printed and electronic promotional material.
• Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors’ products.
• Gathering customer requirements
• Assessing market demand
• Ideating and planning a winning product
• Defining product strategy
• Budgeting, team creation and resource allocation
• Drawing up the product roadmap
• Converting business needs into technical specifications for engineers to understand.
• Communicating with all stakeholders
• Planning for and allocating resources
• Creating pilot programs to run prototypes and assess outcomes.
• Taking evidence-based decisions
• Aligning product development with business goals
• Finding and achieving success metrics
