Key Requirements
- Deep Product Knowledge - Capability to dig deep into the product so as to help the customers use our products to achieve what they want
- You should be very well-versed in public clouds such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, IBM Cloud, and private clouds such as VMWare.
- Presentation skills - Be able to craft powerful and concise presentations and perform demos to prospects, which address their pain points.
- Strategic Thinker - Superior analytical and problem-solving skills; solutions-oriented; able to balance short and long-term priorities
- Results-oriented - Track record of consistently delivering superior business results; decisive and clear thinking
- Customer obsession - Customer needs to trust the position holder who acts with (passion and integrity) as a strong advocate for the customer inside Company, and for Company towards Customer
- Experimentation – Willingness to take risks on unproven solutions, ability to get others to take risks and experiment
- Proven track record to work with prospects and customers enabling them to reap the best values from our products, including pre-sales and post-sales engagements
- Strong capability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues during customer engagements
- Superior ability to build strong customer relationships and a relentless solution finder of customer issues and opportunities
- Strong team player to work with both Sales and Product Teams to take key opportunities to closure
- Deep understanding of public clouds and private clouds space in terms of technical know-how and marketing opportunities.
- Superior ability to identify customer pain points and work with Product Management to translate into product requirements
- Proven track record of executing global engagement plans to take key opportunities to closure
- Deep understanding of Service Provider, System Integrator, Cloud MSP business and capabilities
