  Job Description

   

  1. To develop and execute product demand plans in coordination with the management, inventory, warehouse section and sales teams to improve and deliver accurate, robust and timely forecasts to meets the goals of the company.
  2. To develop demand forecasts based on demand patterns and business trends. maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy.
  3. To assist in identifying demand forecast risks and address warehoused section issues that could affect the business and develop effective mitigation plans.
  4. To maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meets customer demands, manage the development of inventory and turns targets (budget and ongoing) by creating new ideas to improve the existing warehouse section.
  5. To build solid relations with the suppliers by undergoing joint planning regarding stock level, peaks and though throughout the year, lead times, financial concerns and quality issues.
  6. To work with the customers ,sales team and warehouse staff to improve forecast accuracy  and update customers and sales team about product availabilities.
  7. To maintain inventory level, highlight risks and actions based on future customer demands ,manage the activities required to develop safety stocks level that supports the service level targets by product, while optimizing  the inventory investment and targeted inventory tums.
  8. To provide supports in developing seasonal demand forecasts and anticipate customer’s reactions to the promotions and discounts.
  9. To address demand related queries and issues in a timely manner and identify areas of improvements and recommend actions plans.
  10. To identify opportunities to meet customer demands during constrained supply in a timely manner.
  11. To work with the team to plan, coordinate and execute demand planning activities and to follow and enforce company rules and regulations.
  12. To perform other general administrative duties for warehouse section such as but not limited to processing and other requirements of the production planner among the others.
  13. To prepare and maintain reports pertaining to demand planning process to be submitted to production planner.
• He should have to have minimum 12 years of a relevant experience in feed plants

• Basic will be as follow : Asian , SR:10,000/month plus the other allowances of housing and transport  and medical care and tickets .
