Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in relevant field, e.g. J.D., Pharma, etc., a plus
- Good hands-on experience in the administration of marketing related compliance programs for pharmaceutical industry
- Prior experience within large global and matrix organizations i.e. across regions/countries, functions, multiple jurisdictions preferable.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and industry guidance affecting the pharmaceutical industry and other compliance and business integrity matters related to the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products
- Experience with monitoring and auditing pharmaceutical company activities is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including ability to lead change efforts through effective communication and persuasion.
- Experience in training and/or investigations is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
