Job Description
End-user support (Helpdesk, Tier 1 & 2)
- Incident management & escalation process
- Datacenter Monitoring & troubleshooting. – Monitoring of Server, Storage, Backup, and process availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance & troubleshooting to support system availability
- Maintenance on servers / hypervisor (Windows updates, Vmware Updates)
- Resolution of issues occurring during live operations & managing escalations.
- Create documentation, create, and execute training materials.
- Documentation of every change will be done by CMS employee.
- Documentation is to be supplied in English language only.
- Flexible work times if needed
Needed Know How:
- MS Windows Active Directory
- Windows 2012 Server and higher
- VMware Skills
- Azure Skills (preferred)
- Analytic thinking
- Willing to learn and adopt new technologies
- English skills (fluent speaking and writing)
