Project Engineer

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Attending site visits, collecting existing site facility details for engineering purpose
• Single point focal for customer for the assigned projects.
• Co ordinate with planner for schedule, resource planning and completion schedule
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Assign responsibilities and monitor& controlling of Subcontract team as per the scope of work.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with other team members of the project to achieve the successful project completion.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
• Attending progress review meetings and taking required action to mitigate the situation in case of any concern.
• Prepare and raise the MTO for the procurement scope and finalizing the Material specifications after getting required approvals form client.
• Conducting the FAT & SAT for the supplied system with the support of OEM service engineers
• Preparing the final as built drawings/documents for the final submission to client.

Requirement

• Graduate of Engineering in Instrumentation / electrical or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in Project execution in analyzer projects, process control instruments for power/water/refineries and petrochemical industry
• Experience in execution of Analyzer & Instrumentation projects of OEM Yokogawa/Emerson/ABB/Siemens/Magnetrol/Vega/ E+H/Honeywell.
• Preference for LSTK project execution experience in SABIC industries.
