Job Description:
Designation: SENIOR TECHNICIAN
Location: Saudi Arabia
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
Technician responsibility is to operate the machineries, boiler, compressor and forklift for unloading
raw material, loading feed and assist in on line maintenance works.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure that capability in operating the Feed mill machineries.
- Ensure production of aqua feed as per standard operating procedures and monitor the feed delivery as per loading advice.
- Ensure that technician should assist in on line maintenance works.
- Assist the senior technician for the control room/ utility room operations.
- Assist the preventive maintenance program for the execution.
- Coordinate with logistics department for adequate routine preventive maintenance of fork lift and wheel loader.
- Always maintain trouble free operations in Feed mill and keep clean the premises.
- Coordinate with control room operator, silos section monitors and utility room operator for transport and filling of required material
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisor for adequacy of material handling, maintenance of necessary records and for following the FIFO system
- Coordinate closely with packing workers for immediate removal / placement of the pallets with feed / for feed.
- Periodically check for the health of the forklift and assuring smooth operation
- Identify and maintain adequate critical spares with the assistance of senior technician for any immediate replacements
- Any spillages in material should be immediately informed to warehouse
- Supervisor or to the production manager for necessary accountability.
- Maintain usage of adequate safety equipment like head gears, gloves, shoes, etc., for protection from personnel injury.
- Ensure that the material arranged is easy for retrieval and as per ISO / HACCP norms.
- Attend to any other work(s) assigned by concerned superiors from time to time. Follow the company rules and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to ISO and other relevant NAQUA implemented Standards like as SOP, GMP and TQM.
- Basic understanding of the raw materials used in feeds
- Basic knowledge and experience of handling various tools.
- Knowledge and usage of English language.
