Job Role:

The IT Access & Compliance Support Specialist manages activities that serve to provide appropriate access to and protect the confidentiality and integrity of customer, employee, and business information in compliance with organization policies and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Experience on cis (center of Internet Security) controls & benchmarks and CSF (cyber security framework) development are mandatory.

• Service Desk Access & Compliance requests/problems

• Performs access & compliance functions relating to new account requests or access rights.

• Performs updates to “how to” documentation

• Performs testing and some documentation on new tools and applications

• Performs backup support for Access & Compliance workflow management of tickets

Sox Audits

• Liaise with IT Management, Internal Audit and SOX Auditors in support of annual Audit activities (e.g., schedule and logistics setup; acquisition and posting of deliverables).

Process Improvements

• Review new tools which may help automate processes or provide reports

• Provide assistance in executing special projects.

Skills and Technical Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical capabilities and attention to details.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Customer Service experience within a large organization.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word; Excel; PowerPoint.
