Location: Saudi Arabia

Key Skills:

  • Expert in developing Corrosion loops and potential damage mechanisms.
  • Meridium modules such as RBI, IM and TM.
  • Logical and strategic approach to solving problems.
  • Skilled in communicating with people of differing levels of authority and cultural backgrounds.

 

Responsibilities:

 

? Developing corrosion loops for new plants.

? Review and validations of potential damage mechanism and critical process parameters.

? Lead Pressure relieving device’s failure investigation.

? Review contractor ITP & NDT procedures for Static Equipment that are ordered under CAPEX.

? Planning, establishing, and implementing Risk Based Inspection program in all the production units of all

Plants.

? Coordinating with section heads to organize the RBI team, conducting Information and data gathering

workshops prior to the commencement of RBI analysis.

? To facilitate RBI studies for stationary equipment using MERIDIUM.

? Carrying out RBI Analysis, creating RBI system, assigning critical process parameter (CPP) and potential

Damage mechanism (PDM) to the RBI system, performing Damage Mechanism Evaluation and Consequence

Evaluation.

? Planning, Job Assigning & Supervision of Engineers & Inspectors during Shutdown.

? To review, evaluate design specification and issue recommendations for the repair, replacement of corroded

or damaged components.

? Support the Root Cause Analysis Team (RCA) in assessment and investigation of the failures related to

corrosion.

? Identification of failure for RCM studies.

? Conduct In-house training and sharing knowledge about Meridium, Inspection and RBI for the operation and maintenance personals.
