As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and presenting qualified candidates to fill our client
requirements. There are opportunities to work on a variety of exciting roles for Pan India & international clients, in a diverse and professional organization. We offer competitive salary and a great work environment!
Job Responsibilities:
• Understand and learn the details of each job order and its requirements
• Identify candidates utilizing various sources available resume database, employment web sites,
referrals, own network. LinkedIn, etc.
• Conduct preliminary interview to qualify the candidate -assess technical skill level, communication skills,
location preferences, salary expectations, need for accommodations, etc.
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills
Technically savvy
Detailed and process oriented
Willing to learn and focused on improvement
