Financial Analyst

Job Description:

The role of Analyst in Finance & Regulatory Compliance shall encompass various tasks including, but not limited to, the
following:
? Reaching out to stakeholders through phone/email to conduct interview
? To conduct interviews and complete the questionnaire as per the answer provided
? Prepare summaries as per format provided and using information from variety of sources
? Ensure completion by stakeholders of, and complete as necessary templated information
? Conduct Audits, Monitor Trades and perform compliance checks
? Assess and highlight risk
? Prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports and presentations
? Maintain and manage document repositories
? Investment Fund registration activities
? AML, and Due Diligence activities
? Investors KYC and documentations activities
? Run policy and compliance testing to ensure control mechanism
