Job Description:
We would need candidates who are currently working on Security support on Trend Micro(Please do not share Desktop support /Admin cvs).
The resource should have experience in travelling to client site/customer site for support.
Should be able to manage multiple customers.
Experience in New Implementation of the products of Trendmicro.
Ideal candidate is the one who goes out to the client’s place, implements the product and come back.
Candidate should be able to support Trendmicro products like the following:
-Trendmicro deep discovery analyser, inspector,email inspector
-Vision1
-Apex 1
-EDR
-XDR
-1 year extendable contract
