Job Description:
- DCS testing and functional test.
- Instrumentation loop test.
- Filling log sheets during commissioning and startup.
- Manage the alarms carefully and report it for any abnormality
- Carry out dynamic functional test as per the test plan for assigned system.
- Following LAB sampling result and take necessary corrective action if need.
- Safe and successful plant startup and shutdown.
- Assist operation sites in developing & documenting asset operation work process.
- Deploy asset operation work process data quality assessment.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments
- DCS Operator must be conversant with reading PFD, P&ID and Isometric Drawings.
- DCS Operator shall have knowledge of DCS graphic.
- Certified for work permits by EHSS.4.4 DCS Operator shall possess Safety Watch certificate.
