Job Descriptions:
Must Have Skills Set:
- Very good communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and Process Builder
- Work closely with Business Systems Analysts and others to determine project requirements
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
- Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
- Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
- Assist in development of documentation to support existing code and configuration-based functionality
- Create and maintain system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications
- Understand and support security role maintenance, including role hierarchy, security profiles and access
- Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
- Operate as front-line support for user base
Good to Have Skills Set:
- Event driven architecture
- SFDC Development in Lightning Aura & LWC
- Data Migration Strategy
- Change data capture.
