Job Description:

Develop and execute integrated brand plans and marketing strategies aligned to business objectives, market dynamics, and portfolio priorities.

· Lead product life cycle management across launch, growth, maturity, and optimization phases.

· Own new product launch planning and execution, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, readiness, rollout, and post-launch tracking.

· Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, field, and customer-facing initiatives.

· Define, track, and report key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness, brand performance, and return on investment.

· Conduct primary and secondary market research to generate actionable insights on customers, consumers, competitors, and market trends.

· Map customer and consumer journeys to identify opportunities to improve engagement and impact at each touchpoint.

· Prepare high-quality business reviews, brand reviews, leadership updates, and strategic presentations.

· Build and maintain analytical dashboards, trackers, and reports using advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.

· Use data analytics to inform business decisions, identify growth opportunities, and optimize marketing investments.

· Support business case preparation, commercial planning, forecasting, and budget tracking for assigned brand activities.

· Coordinate digital and social media campaign planning, rollout, and performance measurement in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

· Collaborate effectively with Medical, Sales, Commercial Excellence, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain, and other relevant teams.

· Manage agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure delivery of high-quality outputs on time and within budget.

· Ensure all materials, programs, and communications comply with AbbVie policies, ethical standards, and applicable local regulations.

· Monitor market, customer, and competitor developments to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic actions.

· Contribute to franchise and portfolio-level planning with insights grounded in customer needs and mark
