Audit & Assurance Manager – Bilingual Arabic
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Audit & Assurance Manager – Bilingual Arabic to
manage audit engagements, lead audit teams, maintain strong client relationships, and
ensure high-quality delivery in accordance with applicable auditing and accounting
standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Develop audit strategies, risk assessments, audit programs, and engagement plans.
• Review financial statements, audit working papers, and audit documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and UAE
regulatory requirements.
• Identify financial and operational risks and evaluate internal controls.
• Supervise, coach, and review the work of audit teams.
• Manage engagement budgets, deadlines, and overall audit quality.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to clients and senior
management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Support business development, including proposals, presentations, and client
meetings.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to the growth of the
Audit & Assurance practice.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting, auditing, and UAE regulatory requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent is preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant audit experience, preferably with a UAE audit/professional
services firm.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory position in Auditing
/Consulting firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, audit methodology, and financial reporting.

• Excellent client management, leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Strong ability to lead teams and manage multiple audit engagements.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly desirable.
• UAE driving license would be an advantage.
