Role: OSD Production Operator (2nd Shift)
Location: Cranbury, New Jersey
Duration: Full Time
Experience: 2 - 15 Years

Must-Haves :
Must have the following mandatory skill sets:
* Must come from Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) pharmaceutical manufacturing
* Hands-on Compression experience (tablet press setup, operation, in-process checks, troubleshooting)
* Hands-on Granulation experience (wet or dry granulation, equipment setup/operation)
* Must have worked in a cGMP-regulated solid dosage facility (not just "GMP-aware" — actual documented experience)
* Ability to read and write documents in English.

**We can also consider candidates who lack Compression + Granulation but bring:
- Strong, demonstrable cGMP pharma manufacturing background
- Experience in adjacent solid dosage processes: coating, blending, encapsulation, sifting/milling, drying

**
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to stand on feet throughout an eight-hour workday.
- Maintain personal hygiene habits consistent with working in a cGMP environment
- Be capable of wearing all required PPE, including partial and full facepieces based on OSHA guidelines.
