Position- senior Sales engineer

Location- Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Job type- full time

Salary- 15k SAR - SAR 18k basic+ FAT+ Family Status+ Yearly Vacation 30 days.

Key Responsibilities-

Sales & Business Development:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Weidmüller products and solutions within the Saudi Arabian market, with particular emphasis on products and solutions for hazardous Areas.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders at client organizations, including consultants and EPC contractors involved in hazardous area projects.
• Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities and projects across key industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Power Generation (especially those with hazardous zones), Water & Wastewater, and heavy manufacturing.
• Actively participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote Weidmüller's brand and offerings.

Technical Expertise & Support:

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and solutions for their industrial application challenges, specifically concerning Hazardous solutions and their application in hazardous environments.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshopsfor clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and certifications (e.g., ATEX, IECEx) of Weidmüller 's hazardous area and industrial automation portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with the factory's production and engineering teams to understand product capabilities, certifications, and provide customer feedback for continuous improvement
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans for management review.
• Utilize CRM software effectively to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records.
