Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analyze patient specimens accurately.
• Conduct testing in areas such as Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Microbiology, and Blood Bank.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Perform quality control and follow laboratory QA/QC procedures.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and test reports.
• Follow laboratory SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Report critical/abnormal results according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant degree/diploma in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field.
• 2–10 years of relevant clinical/hospital laboratory experience.
• Valid professional license/registration where applicable.
• Relevant professional certification.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Texas.
