Marketing Head

Job Description:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our solar Tracker services, including identifying target markets, assessing competitive landscapes, and establishing pricing strategies.
• Lead the marketing team in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals with commercial, industrial, and utility-scale clients for solar Tracker projects.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, engineering firms, and government agencies, to drive business growth and secure project opportunities
• Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and project delivery, including technical feasibility, design optimization, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
• Manage the marketing pipeline, forecasting revenue projections, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports to senior leadership on Marketing and Sales activities, achievements, and challenges
• Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline Marketing processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize resource utilization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in delivering sales objectives.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments related to solar energy, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate risks
