We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the HR function for a growing professional services organization in the UAE.
This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who can drive strategic HR initiatives, ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations, and support organizational growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the HR function for 200+ white-collar employees
• Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and KPI frameworks
• Design and manage compensation structures, benefits, and incentive programs
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and employment regulations
• Oversee recruitment, employee engagement, retention, and staff development initiatives
• Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior management
🔹 Candidate Profile
• MBA / Master’s in HR or equivalent qualification
• 10+ years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within professional or service industries
• Strong understanding of UAE labour regulations and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and administrative skills
• Experience managing HR operations in mid-sized organizations
• Preferred age bracket: 40–46 years
