Job Description:

Explain the details and benefits of the program to cardiologists using PPTs, videos, and demos.

End-to-end ownership of business outcomes for LDH in your area.

Pitch the LDH offering to 50+ interventional cardiologists in your area. Address inquiries and onboard them to increase lead flow

Explaining the value proposition to the cardiologist and the fees/compensation

Explaining the role of the cardiologist in this program and his/her involvement
-
Understanding cardiologist preferences and communicating the SLA and terms and conditions.

Understanding the clinical context and ensuring a sensitive communication style throughout.

To manage the customer relations of key cardiologists in their area of operation

The ASM will be responsible for driving business outcomes through the Patient Counsellors (PCs).
-
The role requires prior experience as a people manager, as the PC team will functionally operate under the ASM’s leadership. Drive doctor conversions and patient lead generation. Monitor conversion of these leads into subscriptions.

Driving patient leads through hospital and doctor partnerships, and conversions through Patient Counsellors reporting directly to them.

Set up and monitor patient counselling process at partner hospitals and private clinics, ensuring seamless conversion and onboarding of referred leads.
