Regional sales manager
Job Description:

Achieve regional sales targets and ensure revenue growth.

Manage and lead a team of Area Sales Managers / Medical Representatives.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the critical care portfolio.

Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), intensivists, anesthetists, and hospital purchase departments.

Identify new business opportunities in government and corporate hospitals.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews with the team.

Ensure proper implementation of company policies and compliance.

Drive product launches and promotional campaigns in the region.

Maintain control over secondary sales, stock management, and collections
