Job Description:

MIS & Reporting  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly finance MIS including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.  Track budget vs actuals, conduct variance analysis, and present actionable insights.  Implement cost centres (product-wise, geography-wise, division-wise) to support clear KRA/KPI definition, profitability improvement, and identification of revenue growth drivers.  Develop and maintain management dashboards and reports (Excel-based). Cash Flow Management  Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts.  Track and analyze working capital components including receivables, payables, and inventory cycles.  Support effective fund utilization and liquidity planning. Accounting & Financial Support  Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data.  Support month-end and year-end closing processes.  Assist in audits, compliance requirements, and management reviews. Key Skills & Tools  Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivots, MIS structuring).  Sound understanding of cash flow statements, working capital, and profitability analysis.  Working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.  ERP exposure (Tally / SAP / Zoho / Oracle) preferred.
