Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales/Telesales Executive with proven experience in insurance sales or outbound calling. The role focuses on lead conversion, outbound dialing, client communication, and achieving sales targets through telephonic and field support where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Convert leads into sales and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Explain product benefits clearly and handle objections confidently
• Follow up with interested prospects and close sales
• Maintain calling data and sales updates in CRM or Excel
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversions
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Required Skills

• Strong outbound calling and sales closing ability
• Experience in insurance sales, telemarketing, or outbound telesales
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay target-driven
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred, not mandatory)
• Good negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Self-motivated with a results-focused mindset

Eligibility / Experience

• 1–5 years experience in:
• Insurance outbound sales (Health, Life, Motor, etc.) OR
• Telemarketing / outbound telesales in any industry
• Prior experience in cold calling and lead conversion is required
• Candidates from call centers, insurance agencies, or outbound sales teams are ideal
