Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

· Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business requirements.

· Develop and manage external system integrations linked to Salesforce.

· Proactively gather user feedback, manage support tickets, and address system issues.

· Identify, evaluate, and implement new Salesforce features and technologies.

· Continuously assess and optimize system usage and performance.

· Lead user training sessions and promote best practices to drive adoption.

· Develop custom reports and dashboards for various business units.

· Ensure platform security, data integrity, and compliance with company standards.
