Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing Financial Transactions:
    This includes recording and managing all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial events. 
     
  • Preparing Financial Reports:
    Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements. 
     
  • Reconciling Accounts:
    Reconciling bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. 
     
  • Ensuring Compliance:
    Working with other departments to maintain financial compliance and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and reporting standards. 
     
  • Assisting with Tax Filings:
    Preparing necessary documents and reports for tax filings, such as expense records and revenue statements. 
     
  • Supporting Audits:
    Providing necessary documentation and information to support internal and external audits. 
     
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    Participating in the budgeting process and forecasting financial performance. 
     
  • Resolving Discrepancies:
    Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records. 
     
Skills Required:
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and solve problems. 
     
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments. 
     
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software: Experience with accounting software like Tally ERP. 
     
  • Knowledge of Financial Regulations and Reporting Standards: Understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. 
     
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 
     
Additional Responsibilities (depending on the specific role):
  • Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable:
    Managing the processes related to paying vendors and collecting payments from customers.
  • Managing Export Documentation:
    Preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents for exports.
  • Process Improvement:
    Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
