Head – Compliance & Ethics

Create and establish appropriate India policies, procedures and standards to mitigate compliance risk within India Limited.  Establish and maintain the training matrix for India and monitor training completed.

Provide guidance and support in AA, India on national industry codes and regional/international industry codes, government regulations including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other initiatives sponsored by the Office of Ethics & Compliance.

Continue to enhance a best-in-class compliance program in partnership with the Compliance Steering Committee (CSC) to support AA business in India.

Work closely with the regional, international compliance representatives, India leadership team and functional leadership teams to understand the risk environment and implement adequate compliance policies, procedures and standards across the business.

Provide feedback and monitoring data to the India Leadership and functional leadership teams with advice on best practice

Implement, manages and interprets policies, procedures and practices across all functions at each affiliate

Provide guidance on AA’s compliance expectations and review both internal and third party controls and standards and work with relevant teams to resolve any issues
